Jammu, March 10:
Security forces foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district. One Pakistan-backed terrorist was killed, while the search for the other is on.
On the basis of inputs from intelligence agencies, suspicious movement of two terrorists was seen near the LoC in Jhangar area of Nowshera.
After this, alert soldiers immediately took action and started the operation in the area.
The troops of the Indian Army took swift and precise action and foiled the infiltration attempt.
During this time, one terrorist was killed.
Security forces have launched a massive search operation in the area. The search is on for the second terrorist.
The Army has stepped up surveillance across the sector.
