Jammu, January 19:
Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Corporator Anil Kumar Masoom today kick started the deep drain works in the presence BJP senior leader Yudhvir Sethi at Pacca Danga in Ward-10 at the Cost work 9.75 lakh, which are in dilapidated condition since long.
The deep Drain work are in dilapidated condition since long and the residents especially old persons were facing lot of problems while passing through these busy lanes.
In a statement issued to mercury times, Yudhvir Sethi while addressing the media appealed the general public to come forward and cooperate with Jammu Municipal Corporation in various development works undertaken by the department with in the Jammu city.
Anil Masoom urged upon the residents to avoid using single used plastics, polythenes in their routine work, don’t throw debris, garbage filth etc in the public drains and lanes and nallahs.
Anil Kumar Masoom added that kindly to adopt the habit of segregation of dry and wet garbage at their own level so that Jammu can be made neat, clean, green and beautiful city.
Local residents including and other Ward member were present on the occasion Parveen kerni Mandal Pardhan,Rajesh Nichal, Sanjeev, Vishav Partan Singh, Subash, Ashish ji, Tarun, Nepun, Ashwani, Rajiv Sharma, Darshan Singh,Vijay Mehra,Bodhraj, Phelwan, Micky,Rajesh ,Rahul, Ram parkash and others.
