There is a lot of strictness regarding traffic rules in Chandigarh, the capital of Punjab and Haryana. At the same time, the CJM or other magistrates in the court are also not in a mood to forgive the drivers. In this connection, now the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Sachin Yadav has cancelled the license of a driver for three months. The driver (whose license cancelled) for breaking traffic rules 49 times in a similar case. The person who violated the traffic rules 49 times is a 65-year-old man. The special thing is that the driver jumped the red light 48 times.
The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 500 per challan on the said driver as he has 49 challans. The total fine amount of the challan will be Rs 24,500. If this fine is not deposited, then further action can be taken against the driver.
