Lt Gen PS Mehta, Military and Political Advisor, Sainik Samaj Party, J&K urged the State and the Central governments to undertake and push for a Full Spectrum All Out Offensive in the valley to seek and kill all terrorists operative there, especially the HM Cadre. This offensive must be given the desired permission, thrust as also complete impetus under the control of Headquarters Northern Command with the unified Headquarter/Forces in complete coordination. He further stated that those intellectuals and strategists who think thar above is not viable and illusionary are way wrong. The LTTE was wiped out in Sri Lanka by a similar final offensive. Weeding out of estimated 250 to300 terrorists in the valley is no big feat to achie ve.
