There has been snowfall in the hilly areas like world famous tourist destination Gulmarg, Razdan Top, Sadhna Pass, Jedgali, Gurez, Baltal, Amarnath holy cave etc. There has also been rain and snowfall in many parts of Jammu division. But the heat has increased in Jammu. The day temperature here has reached 30 degrees.
According to Meteorological Center Srinagar, there may be rain and snowfall again in some parts between March 27 and 31. Along with rain in the plains of Kishtwar, there has been snow in the hilly areas. It rained in Poonch also. The day started with light clouds in Jammu. But the weather remained clear throughout the day.
