DAP State Secretary J&K Tasleema Akhter has greeted people on eve of 74th republic day. In her facilitation message, Tasleema said that This is an occasion to recall the great women and men who worked towards the making of the constitution. India is observing its 74th republic day, the day its constitution came into force.
