The birth of Lord Krishna is being celebrated across the country with devotees, in this series Shurveer Jammu Sangathan organized Janamasthmi Mahostav at main Chowk Muthi, Jammu.
In a statement issued to mercury times, Arun Seeky (President SJS) said that the Mahostav at Muthi, conch shells were being blown and drums were being played. Mahastov organizers and devotees was performed the offered prayers to Lord Krishna.
Arun Seeky said that different art and archanas had performed during the night and the devotees participated in the Jhulan Seva (Swing Ceremony) for Laddu Gopal. During the programme culture activities (Jhankies) was performed by the artists realted to the Lord karishna.
Arun Seeky also brief, total of 56 (Bogh) dishes offered to Lord Krishna. After this The grand mahabhisheka (ceremonial bath) was held at night and culminated with Mahamangala Arati at midnight.
Those who were present Bhanu Partap Rakwal, Partap Singh Jamwal, Sajan Sharma, Ravi Tangotra, Anuj Seeky Dheeraj Koul, Ayush Verma, Anil Kumar, Balbir Kumar were also present.
On the occassion Sukhnandan Choudhart (Ex Mla), Surinder Singh Gilli (Ex President YRS), Munish Sharma (BJP Leader), Surinder Bhagat (BDC Chairmen), SDPO Koushal, SHO Kunnal Jamwal, Bhanu Partap Goria and Satish Poonchi also take part the Aarti of Lord Karishna.
