Terrorism can be defeated only by joining hands with the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu. He said, an institution of only one religion is being targeted, while every religion has its own religious institutions. Charitable work is done by the Muslim community through Waqf. On being asked about terrorists being seen in Hiranagar of Kathua, he said, such incidents have happened earlier as well. If terrorists have been seen there, then it is likely that they have come from across the border. Districts of Jammu division are being targeted. Such activities have also taken place in Poonch-Rajouri. Although, it is not our direct responsibility, but being an elected government, we are trying to ensure that peace prevails in Jammu and Kashmir. He stressed, terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir cannot be defeated without the support of the people.
