Preparations have been made to eliminate terrorism in Jammu division. The security grid will be strengthened on the international border. Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir Police, BSF and other security agencies brainstormed in a meeting held in Kathua regarding this. Security agencies gathered in the meeting to brainstorm on terrorist attacks. Three important decisions were taken to stop the infiltration of terrorists from across the border.
The meeting which went on for three hours in Kathua Police Line was mainly attended by BSF Special DGP Western Command YB Khurania, Punjab Police DGP Gaurav Yadav and Jammu Police DGP RR Swan. It was discussed in the meeting that there is information that infiltration has been done through the river on the Gurdaspur border of Punjab and through the tunnel on the Kathua Samba border of Jammu in the past.
