Jammu, June 11:
Three Pakistani terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba were involved in the attack on Sunday on a bus full of devotees returning from Shivkhodi Dham in Reasi district of Jammu division. The attack was planned by Lashkar commander Abu Hamza. M-4 rifles were used in the attack. The forest is being searched with the help of drones and sniffer dogs in search of the terrorists. Teams of National Investigation Agency (NIA) and State Investigation Agency (SIA) visited the spot on Monday and collected necessary evidence.
Officials associated with the security forces say that based on the statements of eyewitnesses, the presence of the fourth terrorist at the spot cannot be ruled out, who was providing cover to the three terrorists. It is feared that after the attack, the terrorists have fled and hidden on the high hills of the forests adjoining Reasi and Rajouri. The search operation has been intensified to find them. The investigating agencies have recorded the statements of the survivors of the attack. SSP Reasi Mohita Sharma said that members of the village security committee have also been deployed in the search operation. The entire area is being searched. The suspects are also being questioned.
