Rajouri: Pakistan again violated the ceasefire, fired on the patrol team, Indian Army responded

Jammu, February 9:

The Pakistan Army violated the ceasefire again on Saturday and opened fire on the Indian Army patrol team, to which the Indian Army gave a befitting reply. In view of the possibility of infiltration from across the border, the security forces have cordoned off the area and issued an alert.

Officials said, the incident took place in Keri sector of Rajouri. Indian soldiers were patrolling in Bartagala area adjacent to the India-Pakistan Line of Control. At around 12:30 pm, the Pakistani army started firing on the patrol team.

The Indian Army took charge of the situation and gave a befitting reply. After this, the Pakistani Army stopped firing. Strict vigil is being maintained on the border. The Pakistani Army also opens fire to facilitate infiltration of terrorists.
