The Jio subscribers from Charar-i-Sharief area of Budgam in Central Kashmir district have complains of poor 3G and 4G internet services, appealing the authorities to redress their grievances at earliest.
The subscribers complained that 3G and 4G Jio internet services are poor from the last five months now and the concerned officials have failed to redress their grievances.
The subscribers in Charar-i-Sharief, and its adjoining areas told that they are facing immense problems due to erratic internet services.
Farhan, a local resident said that poor internet connectivity in his area has also taken a heavy toll on students and urged the Jio authorities to address the issue on priority.
“Most of the issues and work are being done through internet only. But it is unfortunate that we are being pushed to the wall at this juncture,” he said.
“We apprised the company’s executives about the erratic service many times, but nothing has been done in this regard, they said.
Meanwhile, the subscribers appealed the concerned officials to look into the matter at an earliest so that they could heave a sigh of relief.’
