Srinagar, March 18:
National Conference vice president Omar Abdullah on Monday accused the Jammu and Kashmir administration of irregularities in the conduct of assembly elections in the union territory. He said that the state administration does not want to hand over power to the people. The current government wants to continue ruling like uncrowned kings. Omar said these things during the launch of the party’s election campaign for Anantnag-Rajori parliamentary constituency on Monday.
Abdullah said, “We wanted elections along with Lok Sabha elections. But, this did not happen. The present government of Jammu and Kashmir interfered in this because they do not want to hand over power to the people again. They rule like uncrowned kings. are doing.’
