Jammu, March 17:
Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI is plotting to spoil the communal atmosphere in Jammu and Kashmir. Efforts are being made to incite riots among specific communities by killing civilians through Pakistani terrorists active in the state.
According to sources, ISI has given similar orders to the terrorists hiding in the hilly areas. It is being told that the terrorists are not able to target the security forces now.
Their siege is such that they are hesitant to face the security forces. While they are not getting success in infiltration from across the border, so ISI is putting pressure that the terrorists present there should target civilians. Many such attempts have been made in the last three years.
It is feared that such incidents will take place in Rajouri, Kathua, Udhampur and Reasi districts. Terrorists have been present in these areas for the past few years and have carried out many major incidents.
Former Jammu and Kashmir DGP SP Vaid said that as long as Pakistani terrorists are present in Jammu and Kashmir, ISI can carry out any kind of crime through them. There is no doubt that the purpose is to create tension among a particular community by killing civilians. ISI did the same in Rajouri.
