More than 60 people have been affected by diarrhea in Srigufwara area of Bijbehara in Anantnag district of South Kashmir. All the people suffering from diarrhea have been admitted to the hospital during the midnight of 19 and 20 July. The health department has geared up to deal with this situation.
According to information, more than 60 people in Trail village of Srigufwara complained of diarrhea, dysentery and vomiting last night. This caused panic not only in this village but also among the people of the surrounding villages. On receiving the information, several medical teams reached the spot with ambulances and many patients have been referred to SDM Saller and PHC Srigufwara for treatment.
