Molvitarq president of JK local bodies panch sarpanch association on Wednesday hit out at the recent direction by authorities in Jammu and Kashmir to remove encroachment from government land. In a circular issued on January 09, Commissioner Secretary of the Revenue Department, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, directed all deputy commissioners to ensure 100 percent removal of encroachments from state land, including Roshni and Kahcharai, by the end of January. MolviTariq in a statement issued to ValePost (VP) said, “Laws are created for the welfare of the public, but in J&K they are weaponised to disempower, humiliate & punish. This latest diktat was issued because despite GOI misusing all the agencies at its disposal & unleashing draconian laws, aren’t getting the desired results,” MolviTariq said, the creation of Congress and National conference in India always divided the country in two big parts under the two nations theory now (Pehle todo phir Barath Jodu) then in Jammu and Kashmir deputed selected dynastic rule and throwing innocent people of JK in Gun culture, resulting thousands of killings and orphans. Graveyards filled with Kashmiri people this way or that way, resulting in misery and bad circumstances, miserable life and there was pin drop silence every where. Now the BJP Government divided and demoted JK into two’parts of UT and under the shadow of L.G Governor is trying to dismantle people’s livelihood by throwing them on roads without shelter. Don’t we feel the both governments Congress and BJP are sealing in the same boat. It only exposes the real character of Congress, BJP and JKNC.
