Mahant Rohit Shastri, President of Shri Kailakh jyotish avim Vedic Sanathan Trust, presented a courtesy call to BJP MP Rajya Sabha from Haryana Lt General (retd) Dr DP Vats at his residence in Delhi and Presented books written by him .
On this occasion, Mahant Rohit Shastri told him that the trust is continuously working for the promotion of Devvani Sanskrit in the state. It should be noted that Kashmir is the only state in India, where Sanskrit has been used not only as a language of instruction but also as a communication language for the longest time in the past. Here Abhinavagupta, commentator of Raghuvansh Vallabhdev, mathematician Utpal, Kshemendra Kshemraj, Bilhan, Rajataranginikar Kalhan, Gnostic Muktavalikar Jalhan, great musicologist Sharangdev, Vedanti Keshav Bhattacharya, poetry publisher Mammat, Kait, Lollat, Kaihat, Jaihat, Ralhan, Shilhan, Malhan and many ancient Sanskrit The sages have arisen. These Acharyas had paved the way to unite not only India, but the whole world in the thread of unity with their penance. Whereas Punyasalila Jammu-Kashmir Vasundhara is becoming extinct from Sanskrit today. Trusts are working in the promotion of the same.
On this occasion, Member of Parliament, RS, Dr. D. P. Vats Lt. Gen.(Retd.) said that Devvani Sanskrit is the only language which ennobles us. Study and teaching of Sanskrit is very necessary to bring this land back to its ancient historical glory. At the same time, he praised the works of the trust.
Dignitaries like Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Uttam Chand Sharma, Rakesh Jamwal etc. were present on this occasion.
