Kathua massacre: Centre gives instructions to eliminate terrorists, Home Secretary reviews security situation in Jammu

Jammu, March 10:

The central government is strict on the three murders that took place in Billawar of Kathua. Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan reached Jammu on Sunday. He held a high level meeting on law and order, terrorism and security of common citizens in Jammu and Kashmir. He directed the security agencies to eliminate the terrorists.

The Home Secretary asked the security and intelligence agencies to launch a special campaign to identify the killers. He said, terrorist organizations are directly behind all this. These organizations are getting help at the local level. So take strict action against those who carried out this.

Home Secretary who held a meeting at Jammu said, increase coordination with each other. Eliminate terrorism by taking decisive action. Sources said that anti-terrorism operations and infiltration on the Line of Control (LoC) were also reviewed.

Govind Mohan said, terrorist incidents, infiltration and recruitment of youth in terrorist organizations should be stopped. (Govind Mohan first time reached Jammu after becoming the Home Secretary.)

The Home Secretary said, run special campaigns to eliminate terrorist supporters. He directed the police to develop a strong network in collaboration with the Army and BSF.
