In a Joint Initiative between Indian Army and Civil Administration, the Army Camp, Langate organised a Lecture on Tele Law at Langate for local citizens.
The event was organise to make people aware about the program by the government where people can seek legal advice from lawyers through video conferencing available at the Common Service Centers, on the ‘Tele Law’ portal – a technology-enabled platform. The legal services would be provided at the Panchayat levels across the country through the Common Service Centers. Citizens can access these services over the internet at no cost through the Digital Seva Portal.
04 lawyers from Common Service Centre, 12 CSC VLE, Zameer Ahmed Meer(State Cordinator Tele Law), Irfan Pandit Puri(DDC),03 BDC, Dr Javed Maqbool(District manager) were part of the event. The event was covered by local media.
A total of 90 pers attended the event which included 40 Asha Workers and 50 Sarpanchs.
The local citizens of the area expressed their gratitude and appreciated this Initaiative of Indian Army.
