Jammu, March 27:
Don’t ignore the KP migrants by leaving them on the mercy of God.Do justice with them. With heavy heart and sorrowful affairs National Joint Secretary and Spokesperson NCP Youth Wing Er.Rishi Kaul Kilam expressing the pitiable and pathetic living condition of majority of Kashmiri migrants living in Jagti township or elsewhere.
Er.Rishi said that the centre government is no doubt spending millions of rupees on the welfare of the poor which we appreciate and much more is also needed. But at the same time we raise fingure on the callous attitude of the centre and J&K administration towards the kashmiri migrants who are living below poverty line presently living and dependent on financial aids. There are majority of KP migrants who have absolutely no money or other source of income except the insufficent financial aid from the government. But they have no sufficent funds for their health care or treatment. They are living hand to mouth with patience and still don’t shout or come on streets. Er.Rishi added that the complete silence and helplessness of the KP migrants should not be taken for granted. Their genuine issues should be looked into and addressed on war footing and not to ignore the deserving community who are living in excile. Er.Rishi expressing anguish and surprise cursed some selfish community leaders for advocating the issue of return (Migration to valley) package for KP’s and are hellbent upon to destabilise them again at this juncture when the KP leaders will live a comfortable life elsewhere.
Rishi kilam again appeals the centre and local administration to take the whole community into confidence and then take any decision for rehabilitating the KP’s again in the valley.
Rishi for the time being requested the Lt. Governor Murmu and his concerned advisors to look into the economic and genuine issues of Kashmiri pandit migrants and not to ignore them at this most critical juncture and they may be provided with financial package at the moment.
