Take care of skin and eyes: According to dermatologists, chemical colors damage the eyes and hair along with the skin. In such colors, a substance called lead is used, which apart from the skin, also harms the eyes. This causes burning, swelling and redness in the eyes. If the color gets into the mouth, it can also cause ulcers in the mouth or swelling in the stomach. Due to such color in the hair, the hair becomes dry. Herbal colors are much less harmful than these chemical colours, but caution should be exercised in their use as well.
