Reasi/Mahore, July 28:
Yesterday on tuesday Global Human Rights Trust Chairman H R Rehman visited Shajroo, Mahore,Tramla and Budhan area of Reasi District and listen Grivences of the people.
During the visit to Shajroo Panchayat (B) he found that there has been a huge water shortage from last few years. Despite of many request to the relevant department , no action has been taken till date.
In a statement issued to mercury times, the inhabitants brought drinking water after walking 2 to 3 KM. Locals in the affected area raise cattle to survive, but it is difficult to care of them without water.
H R Rehman Further requested to the LG J&K Shri Manoj Sinha Sahb to take necessary action against PHE department Mahore for Immediate Redressal So, that the General public get some sort of relaxation.
He also appeal to the district administration Reasi and Tehsil Administration Mahore to Consider the dilapidated condition of the common people of these areas.
