Another case of cheating in the name of sending abroad has come to light.
A case of cheating has been registered at Police Post Gadigarh under Police Station Satwari.
According to the information received from Satwari police, in the complaint, Kamal Kishore, Tehsil Suchetgarh.
He said that he had met a person Lalit Kumar, a resident of Satwari, and his mother, who runs an office in the name of a consultant company in Chattha Chowk, Karan Bagh.
A few days ago. They offered to send him abroad.
It is alleged that the accused had collected Rs 1.20 lakh through online transactions from the complainant’s brother’s account on the pretext of getting a work visa for Cambodia. The complainant says that despite the passage of a lot of time, neither the visa was granted nor the amount was refunded.
When he reached the office, the accused was not present there, while his mother flatly refused to return the money. Feeling cheated, he went straight to the Satwari police station.
