Er. Rishi Kaul Kilam filed the nomination papers on September 9, 2024 as an independent candidate from Jammu west his birth place.
Kilam is a prominent Social and political activist on the inspiration of youth.
After filing the nomination, Er. Rishi said that after his higher education he started to serve the people to his best capacity.
As a social and political worker and he highlighted the issues of people with a remarkable performance both on state and national level.
