New Delhi, February 20:
Former Delhi Chief Minister Atishi on Thursday first congratulated Rekha Gupta on being made the Chief Minister. She then demanded that women in Delhi should be given Rs 2500 as per the BJP manifesto. She said that Rekha Gupta should approve this decision in her first cabinet meeting. Being a woman Chief Minister, it is expected from Rekha Gupta ji that she will definitely fulfill the promise made to the women of Delhi.
Atishi further said that PM Modi and all the BJP leaders and Rekha Gupta herself had promised the women of Delhi that they would deposit 2500 in the bank accounts of the women of Delhi. The BJP had promised that the first installment would be released by March 8 (2025).
