Today, a delegation of Residency Bazar Shopkeepers Association meet Corporator Ritu Choudhary regarding their demands for the betterment of ward no. 07.
During the delegation, many issues were brought to light regarding street lights, Sanitation and vehicle parking problem in the area. Corporator Ritu Choudhary ensured the delegation of the Residency Bazar Association that she will do her level best in solving the issues brought to her notice and further added that soon more street lights will get installed and as per Sanitation is concerned, She appealed the Shopkeepers association to cooperate with the Sanitation workers of JMC by not throwing garbage on the roads or in drains but instead handing over it to the Sanitation workers at the time of garbage collection. Corporator Ritu Choudhary further ensured the Members of the Bazar Association that she will request the Hon’ble Mayor JMC so that dustbins may be provided to every shopkeeper of the bazar as many shopkeepers have not been provided yet. Kunal Chadha(President), Naresh Vaid(Vice President), Harmeet Singh (Secretary), Rahil Paul (Chief Coordinator), Tajinder Singh (General Secretary), Sanjeev Gandotra (Cashier), Raj Kumar Sodi and other prominent members of the ward were also present.
