Chhattisgarh Nikay Chunav 2025: BJP has got a historic victory in 10 out of 10 municipal corporations in the urban body elections. Congress has been wiped out. Congress candidates have suffered a crushing defeat. All the corporations are now captured by BJP. Raipur mayor candidate Meenal Choubey has won by more than one lakh votes.
She has been a three-time councilor. At the same time, BJP has also performed brilliantly in Korba Municipal Corporation elections.
BJP’s mayor candidate Sanju Devi Rajput has won.
In the Municipal Corporation, Nagar Nigam and Nagar Panchayat elections in Chhattisgarh, BJP has once again succeeded in hoisting its flag. In the local body elections too, Congress has been wiped out like in the assembly elections. It is clear from the election results that BJP has made a strong hold at every level in the state.
But in Vishnu Dev Sai’s Nagar Panchayat elections, BJP has lost the election. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. CM Vishnudev Sai has expressed his gratitude to the voters of the state on BJP’s landslide victory in the Chhattisgarh local body elections.
