As the nation comes together to celebrate the 75th Indian Army Day, the Naugam Brigade took this propitious occasion to spread the glory of the tricolor in the snowy valley of Mawer.
In a statement issued to mercury times, the day began with the hoisting of the National flag followed by the National Anthem. As part of *Know your Army*, a display of weapons & Equipment was also carried out. A drawing competition for the budding talents of Mawer valley was also organised and winners were awarded with the attractive prizes.
A documentary on the Indian Army was also screened for the gathering the statement underlined ”
A informative corner on *How to Join Indian Army* was also established to guide youths to join Armed Forces.
The Army day earmarked as yet another day which strengthened the bonds between the Armed Forces and locals the statement further said. “
