Udhampur, September 24:
Abhyudhya Club Under Ekal Abhyan Foundation of India with the Collaboration of Youth Services & Sports (YSS) department Udhampur & Sports Council Udhampur Organized Inter Zonal Competition for boys & Girls in the disciplines Kabaddi, Wrestling and athletics of Anchal Panchari & Ramnagar here at subash stadium Udhampur.
About 64 boys & Girls drawn from Anchal Panchari & Ramnagar participated in the competition. S. Swarn Singh District youth Services & Sports officer udhampur was the chief guest on the occasion and provided all logistic support to the club for the smooth & successfull conduct of the competition. While Poonam Sharma ZPEO Jib was the guest of honour & Mam Chand Mittal Sambhag President Ekal Abhyan presided over the function.
In a statement issued to mercury times, speaking on the occasion the Chief Guest stressed upon the participants to take more part in such type of physical activities & sports to make physically, mentally and socially fit in the society.
He also congratulated team of organizers for the smooth & sucessfull conduct of the competition. In the last president of club distributed the prizes & trophies to Winner & Runner up team.
The vote of thanks was presented by Sham Singh Bhag Gram Swaraj Yojna Parmukh.
