Jammu, October 14:
A special NIA court in Jammu has declared Pakistan-based terrorist Mushtaq Ahmad Mir a fugitive in connection with a terror funding case. The case pertains to alleged raising of funds through the Al-Huda Education Trust (AHET) and its use for the activities of the banned outfit Jamaat-e-Islami.
Special Judge Prem Sagar passed the order while hearing an application filed by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). Despite completing the process of declaring him a fugitive and publishing notices in newspapers, his presence could not be ascertained.

As there was no possibility of Mushtaq’s arrest in the near future.
