First Indus Kumbh in Leh from June 22 to 27, special event of 30 years of journey

Jammu, January 6:
The 30th year of the Sindhu Darshan Yatra will be celebrated as the first Sindhu Kumbh in Leh (Ladakh).

The Kumbh Mela will be held from June 22 to 27. Sindhu pilgrims from all over the country will participate in it.

During the Sindhu Kumbh, along with local cultural programs, Sindhu Snan and Behrana Sahib will be worshipped. It is an important religious ritual of the Sindhi community in which Lord Jhulelal (God of Water) is honored.
A series of meetings are going on in Delhi to prepare for this event to be held under the banner of Sindhu Darshan Yatra Committee.
Four routes have been set for the yatra.

Delhi-Leh-Delhi (Air Route), Kurukshetra-Manali-Leh-Jammu, Jammu-Leh-Jammu and Jammu-Leh-Manali-Kurukshetra.
(Visitors will also be able to opt for the road route to come after going by air from one way.)
