Jammu, June 19:
In a major crackdown against anti-national elements, the Police has arrested the main accused involved in providing help to local terrorists in the Dachan area of Kishtwar.
The arrest has been made under FIR number 167/2025 registered at the Kishtwar police station.
Kishtwar SSP Naresh Singh-JKPS, while giving information about the case. He said that after a thorough investigation, the police arrested Tariq Ahmad Ginoo (father: late Md. Shaban, who is a government employee in the forest department) and Mohd. Iqbal (father: Ghulam Abbas Wani) has been arrested. Both of them are residents of Tandar village in Dachan area of Kishtwar and are accused of helping terrorists.
