S S Pathania (Col Retd) ,President Sainik Samaj Party ,JKUT expressed his grave concern on the unholy Gupkar alliance, which is taking a dangerous shape, post release of Mehbooba Mufti and her meeting with Farooq Abdullah, and their promulgation of a new alliance. If congress and other Kashmir based political parties also joins them ,it will not only threaten our democracy, but will also put the security of nation in grave danger. Recent statements of Farooq and Mehbooba, amply proves that they are bunch of anti national people and can go to any extent to fulfill their nefarious designs and come to power. Similar alliance was in making, when governor anticipated their move and suddenly brought in the governor rule. Post delimitation Kashmir region will have, about 50 seats and Gupkar alliance ,supported by Congress, is sure to to have a clean sweep in the valley, in addition they will also get 6 to seven seats in Jammu region. Requirement of 46 seats in assembly will be easily fullfiled and an anti national and anti democracy government will be in power, notwithstanding the power vested with the Lt governor to impose various checks and balances. JKUT, is a unique state, which is constantly supported by Pakistan in furmentig the trouble ,by pushing in the militants to create chaos and also internationalize the issue, by keeping the pot boiling. To worsen the matter,China to has jumped in aggravate the situation, with open support from the likes of Farooq and Mehbooba, acting desperate and frustrated, being out of power. People of valley, having been exploited for 72 years, now have seen through their evil designs and getting away from these power hungry, anti national leader and parties. Pathania said, that decision of Mehbooba release was democratic and just, but if it leads in increase in violence and militancy, government should have no, hesitations to put her back, where she belongs to. Article I9 of constitution gives it citizens the right of freedom in expression and show dissent to government decisions and policies, at the same time time, section 124 A of lndian Penal code makes it amply clear under the act of sedition that “Whoever, words, either spoken or written, or by signs, or by visual representation or otherwise, bring or attempt to bring hatred or contempt or excites or attempt to excite disaffection ,shall be punished with life imprisonment to which fine may be added”.Pathania urged the central and UT government to take suitable cognizance of this development and not shy away from taking harshest measures to protect the integrity, security and soverginty of the nation, as nation always come first, and nothing is bigger than the nation.
