Srinagar, October 1:
One person was killed and another seriously injured in a road accident late Tuesday night in Chak Kawoosa in Budgam district.
An official said two people were injured and were rushed to JVC Bemina Hospital for treatment, where one person died. The deceased was identified as 36-year-old Ujjwal Dey, a resident of Shankar Town in Assam. The injured was identified as a 22-year-old man from Khanpora Khag in Budgam. His condition is reported to be critical. Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation has been initiated.
