John Abraham is constantly experimenting with his characters. In the illusion of masala films, he is also making up for his losses by doing films like Nikhil Advani’s ‘Veda’.
But where is Jim of ‘Pathan’ and where is JP Singh of ‘The Diplomat’. If John’s own film ‘Madras Cafe’ is considered as a measure of his acting, then the film ‘The Diplomat’ has passed in first division. And, the one person who deserves the entire credit for this is director Shivam Nair. The same Shivam Nair who does very good work, but is a top-notch failure in branding himself. The way he has filmed the scenes shot in India for the web series ‘Special Ops’ is a different level of directorial ability, the same color has been brought by Shivam Nair once again in his new film ‘The Diplomat’.
The story of the film ‘The Diplomat’ must be known by everyone who has even a little interest in Hindi films. This is about the days when Sushma Swaraj was the foreign minister. And if any Indian in any corner of the world would appeal to her in distress. She would run barefoot like Narayan of the story of Gaj and Grah. This film version of the real story has all those things which John and Shivam have already told in their interviews.(Agencies)
