Jammu, October 21:

According to reports, those arrested include a youth from Jammu’s Makwal border area. A truck driver from Kathua. And a man questioned in connection with suspected surveillance activities. Investigators allege that social media contacts, financial incentives and SIM-operated cameras were used to collect sensitive information about military installations and troop movements.
In a separate case, Delhi Police reportedly uncovered an interstate network linked to Pakistan, involving CCTV cameras allegedly installed near sensitive military locations across several states, including Jammu and Kashmir.
The cases have highlighted security concerns over attempts to obtain sensitive information through online platforms and surveillance devices.
