Jammu, June 16:
The government has appointed a CAP Director and Assistant CAP Director in order to prepare for the Amarnath Yatra.
A total of 63 officers have been assigned various responsibilities to ensure smooth and safe conduct of the Yatra.
The JKP has intensified security arrangements to make the upcoming Amarnath Yatra safe and successful.
IGP Jammu Zone Bhim Sen Tuti has directed the officers to be fully operational prepared.
He gave these instructions during a review meeting of the security arrangements.
During meeting, the IGP stressed on strengthening the security arrangements, maintaining better coordination among all agencies.
