The Army and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police are jointly preparing to meet the challenges of modern warfare in Ladakh. Operational preparedness is being sharpened through joint training exercises along the Line of Actual Control in eastern Ladakh.

This training, conducted in the forward areas of Leh. It involved practicing complex procedures such as operating state-of-the-art surveillance drones.
These drones, equipped with cutting-edge technology, play a crucial role in today’s battlefields.
In Operation Sindoor against Pakistan, the armed forces and security forces thwarted enemy drone attacks through close coordination. Since then, drone operations have gained momentum in the Indian Army, down to the battalion level.
