Weather will worsen again in Jammu and Kashmir, Flash Flood and Landslide Alert issued

Srinagar, July 10:
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted generally hot and humid weather in Jammu and Kashmir for the next few days.

There is also a possibility of intermittent rain and thundershowers. The department has also issued warnings for heavy rains and possible landslides in sensitive areas.

According to the MeT Centre Srinagar, the weather on July 10 will be generally hot and humid. There may be rain or thundershowers at some places. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain at a few places in Jammu division.

On July 11-12, one or two showers or thundershowers are expected at many places.

Light to moderate rain and thundershowers are expected at many places between July 17-19.

The IMD has warned of very heavy rainfall at a few places at isolated places during afternoon and early morning hours of July 11-12.
