Jammu, February 22:
In Jammu and Kashmir, an encounter broke out between security forces and Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists in Chhatra area of Kishtwar district today.
In which three terrorists, including the top commander of the organization, were killed.
According to officials, the encounter started when the army conducted a search operation in the Chhatra forest.
They had received information about two suspected terrorists being in the area.
During the encounter, heavy firing was done by the terrorists.
But the security forces took quick action and disposed of the terrorists.
In this operation, two terrorists were successfully neutralized and 2 AK-47 rifles and 5 AK magazines were recovered from them.
Security forces have cordoned off the area and search operations are still going on to ensure that no more terrorists are present in the area.
