Shri Hanumanji Janmotsav will be celebrated on 27 April. This year, the Chaitra Purnima Tithi will commence at 12.45 pm on 26 April and will end at 9.02 am on 27 April. Every year, Shri Hanuman ji Janmotsav occurs on the full moon day of the Hindu month Chaitra. At some places, Shri Hanuman Janmotsav is celebrated on the fourteenth day of the dark fortnight in the Hindu month Kartik.

About Shri Hanuman Ji Janmotsav, president of Shri Kailakh Jyotish Avim Vedic Sansthan Trust, Mahant Rohit Shastri said Shri Hanumanji Janmotsav or the birth anniversary of Lord Hanuman, the Param Bhakt of Shri Rama, on this day. Bhagwan Shri Hanuman ji was born to Devi Anjani and Kesari. He is also known as Anjaneya, Maruti, and Bajrangbali.

As per Hindu scriptures, Lord Hanuman was the eleventh incarnation of Lord Shiva. In his childhood itself, Bajrangbali is said to have mastered all four Vedas.S hri Hanuman ji is Chiranjeevi.

Mahant Rohit Shastri appealed to society that keep stay inside the home and do the Puja, Archan of Bhagwan Shri Hanuman ji at home. I prays to Hanuman Ji that people should get relieved from this covid-19 soon.

Shastri said educate the youth to preserve the environment and keep their surrounding clean and green. As Youth are the future of the nation and development of the nation lies on the shoulder of youth. He also said that the life of lord hanuman ji has very much to learn for youth and he has been a role model to the young generation. He also appeals youth to keep away from any harmful toxic and also spread the feeling of brotherhood and harmony among each other.
