Army heroic helps in protecting life and property of people

Sumbal, December 18:
Residential house were gutted when a fire mishap broke out in Tanki Mahala Asham area in Bandipora district on Monday afternoon. Reports said that fire broke out in a residential house belonging to Mohd Akabr Dar a resident of Asham Sumbal.
The cause of fire due to the electric short circuit, Army’s Mansbal unit rushed to the spot and doused the flames and prevented the fire from spreading to nearby localities.
However, no loos of life or Injury was reported in this fire mishap. However, Army alongwith the locals assisted in safe evacuation of family members thus preventing any loss of life.
The quick reaction by the Army helped extinguishing fire, prevented it’s spread to nearby houses and saved precious lives.
