Jammu, October 31:
Preparations have begun for the functioning of the Secretariat in Jammu as part of the historic Darbar Move tradition of the J&K UT.
The activities of government offices in Jammu start increasing. The movement of officers and employees of various departments also increases.
Darbar Move has been an age-old administrative tradition of Jammu and Kashmir.
This time, on October 31 and November 1. The convoys will reach Jammu with employees and government records.
According to the government order, the Jammu Secretariat will resume functioning from November 2.
A special MOVE travel allowance of Rs 25,000 will also be given to the eligible employees who will be transferred under the Darbar Move.
