Jammu, July 30:
The Nawabad police pasted notices outside the houses of the absconding accused in the famous Gataru murder case in Jewel Chowk. Police also asked their families to present them in court. If the accused do not appear in court, they will be declared fugitives.
The absconding accused in this case included Khauf gang leader Vikas Salathia alias Vicky Khauf, son of Ravinder Singh resident of Mandi Gharota.
Guda Salathia, Vijaypur, District Samba, main shooter Vikramjit Singh resident of village Fatehpur, Chhabal Road, Amritsar (Punjab), recently resident of Narwal Pine, Satwari.
Bodhraj alias Guggi resident of village Shahzadpur, Tehsil Ramgarh, District Samba.
The police have pasted notices under Section 84 BNSS at the permanent and current addresses of these accused.
The police has also appealed to the people that if anyone has any information about these absconding accused. Then immediately inform the nearest police station. If any person is found helping or sheltering them, strict legal action will be taken against him too. This entire legal process was led by SHO Navabad Deepak Pathania.
