Srinagar, March 20:
Nine tourists were injured in a tourist vehicle (Tempo Traveller) accident at Nepora bypass, Anantnag this morning. The injured were immediately shifted to District Hospital GMC Anantnag for medical assistance. As soon as information about the incident was received, police and local administration reached the spot and started rescue work. The condition of the injured is said to be stable now, and they are being given necessary medical treatment.
Identification of the injured 2-Avala Krishna Chaitanya (28 years), father- Avala Bal Nagendra Krishna Murthy, resident of Andhra Pradesh.
1- Vikram Kumar (39 years), father- Devi Ram, resident of Rajasthan
3-Aftab (46 years), father- Mohammad Waseen Sarai, resident of Uttar Pradesh
4- Shambo (38 years), father- Wakano, resident of Mumbai
5- Khota (38 years), father- Mai Ram, resident Rajasthan
6- Ramlal (40 years), father- Shamlal, resident of Mumbai
7-Vabak Kumar (39 years), father- Vinod Kumar, resident of Mumbai
8-Anil Kumar (34 years), father- Rai Kumar, resident of Kalwa, Mumbai
9- Rahul (35 years), father- Rashpal, resident of Rajasthan
The condition of the injured is said to be stable and all are being given proper medical treatment. Police have started investigating the cause of the accident.
