Cybercrime has increased so much that this cybercrime has cheated a lot of people. The SP (Rural) of the J&K UT has warned that a fake social media profile has been created using his name and identity.
He has asked people not to respond to messages or requests coming from this account.
The officer has appealed to people not to accept requests for this suspicious account.
They do not share their personal information or interact with it. Also, he has advised people to report this profile immediately and block it.
A screenshot with the warning shows a profile running under the name “Singh Ravinderr SP” with 58 friends, a mutual connection, and three posts.
It appears that the name and photo of the officer have been used in this account.
