Kashmir Traders And Manufacturers Federation in a statement issued to press here said Management Of Kashmir Traders And Manufactures Federation(K T M F) went to an exhibition that was organised in Kashmir Haat (Exibition Ground) Srinagar Kashmir, Jammu And Kashmir On the request Invitation from Kashmir Renewable Energy Private limited at the Kashmir SolarExpo Under the chairman ship of its Chief patron Farooq Ahmed Batqoo.
In a statement issued to mercury times, Chief Coordinator K T M F Mohammad Altaf Dar while briefing the press said The Director, M/s Kashmir Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. (KREPL) Mr. Mustafa Ali, a member of Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF), in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Energy Development Agency (JAKEDA) has organised a Solar Exhibition, “Kashmir Solar Expo” from 17th May 2023, at Exhibition Ground “Kashmir Haat” Srinagar.
The Solar Expo was inaugurated by worthy Chief Secretary, J&K, Sh. A. K. Mehta, in presence of Sh. Saurabh Bhagat, Commissioner Secretary to Government Science & Technology Department.
The Expo is aimed to popularize the Solar Technology among the masses and to inculcate the habit of using Renewable Energy Devices in day to day work, which is not only cheap and effective in many ways over the conventional energy based devices but also helps in achieving broader goals of mitigating the climate change effects. The KTMF thanked CEO JAKEDA, Dr. P. R. Dhar, for organizing such an event, which is first of its kind in the Valley, as it will not only boost the local business especially under solar sector and will also help in sensitizing consumers about the benefits of solar energy. JAKEDA has also urged the members of KTMF to publise the Roof top Solar Scheme in J&K and convince the consumers to avail the benefits and incentives provided by the government under the scheme. Management K T M F went there who are exibition enthusiastic. The exibition is conducted in a peaceful quite place and we enjoyed being in the location.
The art works on display were also the master pieces which got the appreciation of the audience.
There were also artists who were explaining more about their work. Kashmir Haat (Exhibition Ground) is really iconic.
