Police on Tuesday attached property worth one crore of a notorious drug peddler in Srinagar.
The police have achieved great success in the continuous campaign to stop drug trafficking.
The Police Post Kamarwari issued notices for attachment of one two-storey and one-storey residential house.
Each one belonging to Suhail Ahmad Mir, resident of Barthana, Kamarwari. The value of the attached properties is estimated to be around one crore.
The investigation also revealed that the family’s known and legal sources of income were wholly insufficient to acquire and create these assets.
