Jammu, December 19:
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has demanded early restoration of the state’s status from Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
He was demanding the state status during the meeting with Shah. This is his second meeting with Shah after becoming the Chief Minister.
On Wednesday, Abdullah said there are several issues, including restoration of statehood, on which he needs to talk to the Union Home Minister.
