Yoga festival is also celebrated in the world’s highest battlefield Siachen in Ladakh. The Himveers deployed to protect the country practiced yoga here in the lap of the icebergs. Seeing the Himveers doing yoga in white uniforms will fill everyone’s heart with enthusiasm and passion.
On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Yoga Day is being celebrated across the country. The main function of the country on the 10th Yoga Day was organized at SKICC in Srinagar, which was led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself. However, due to rain in Srinagar in the morning, the program started one hour late.
The ceremony was shifted from outside to the hall inside the campus. After this, when the rain stopped, the Prime Minister reached the campus and addressed thousands of people present there. During this, he also took selfies with the youth of Kashmir.
